About Me
I am Dr Karla Wright Allen, the Managing Director for ElevateHorizons Ltd. I am a medical doctor and a transformational mindset and lifestyle coach with a passion for helping women achieve a profound sense of wellbeing and fulfillment.
While my primary focus has been coaching women physicians,
I have also extended my expertise to women in various other professional fields.
I completed life coaching training with the IMPACTFUL COACH program and also recently completed a foundations-level training and certification in women-centered coaching with The Institute for Women-Centered Coaching. I have seen and experienced the deep level of transformation that can occur when women are given the space and encouragement to explore and discover who they are and who they can become in order to maximize their unique potential!
My coaching journey so far has not only transformed my own life but also the lives of many women with whom I've had the privilege of working. My mission is to make a positive, lasting impact on every woman I coach, guiding them to reach levels of personal and professional fulfillment they may have never thought possible.

My coaching approach is collaborative, and solution-focused. Together, we'll delve deeply to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and foster a deeper understanding of you. This process enables us to create a personalized action plan tailored to your unique needs and aspirations, helping you improve your mindset, achieve your goals and exceed your own expectations.
My Services
I currently offer one-on-one coaching, triads (groups of three), and workshops. I will also be offering larger group sessions and online mini-courses and periodic retreats to further support your journey towards wellbeing and fulfillment.
